The Family Law Facilitator is available to assist parents and other parties with questions about family law matters including:
- Dissolution (Divorce)
- Establishing a Parental Relationship
- Child Support
- Spousal Support
- Child Custody and Visitation
- Guardianship
- Step Parent Adoption
- Contempt in family law cases
The Family Law Facilitator can also provide information about community resources to support families. They can assist you in preparing your own forms and provide general information, but they cannot accompany you to court.

- The Family Law Facilitator is not your lawyer and acts as a neutral party who does not represent any parent or party.
- There is no attorney-client relationship between you and the Family Law Facilitator.
- The Family Law Facilitator may provide information to the other party in your case too.
- Communications between you and the Family Law Facilitator are not confidential.
