Notice of Receipt of Annual Trial Court Funding Allocation
Pursuant to California Rule of Court 10.620(f), the Superior Court of California, County of Plumas, provides notice of its receipt of the preliminary annual trial court funding allocation for Fiscal Year 2026–27 from the Judicial Council following enactment of the Budget Act of 2026.
To comply with the requirements of California Rule of Court 10.620(f), Plumas Superior Court is also posting the relevant Judicial Branch Budget Committee and Trial Court Budget Advisory Committee reports presented to the Judicial Council. These reports provide additional detail regarding the allocations and funding methodologies.
